Our Founder

Paul Beeman is an innovative culture entrepreneur with vast international experience. He holds a Master's degree in Workforce Development from Ohio State University and has authored several language learning books. Lancer Communities is his personal passion, as it combines his drive to see globally transient people thrive and his love for Tunisia.
